Role Summary

We are seeking a Global Sales Manager to join our team at Pulsar Gaming Gear headquarters in Yongin, South Korea. This role will be responsible for managing global distributor accounts, developing international sales strategies, and driving performance across key markets.

The ideal candidate will work closely with overseas partners and internal teams to expand Pulsar’s global presence, ensure strong distributor performance, and identify new growth opportunities in international markets.

Success in this role means building strong relationships with global distributors, improving account performance, and executing sales strategies that contribute to Pulsar’s continued growth as a leading brand in the global gaming peripherals industry.

This is an onsite role based at Pulsar HQ in Yongin, and the position reports directly to the global sales leadership team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with global distributors and key international accounts
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance of regional distributors, providing guidance and improvement plans where needed
  • Develop and execute international sales strategies and sales planning
  • Identify and onboard new distribution partners and retail opportunities in global markets
  • Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, product, and operations to support global sales initiatives
  • Conduct regular sales reviews and performance analysis with overseas partners
  • Support global product launches and coordinate international sales rollouts
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and strategic insights for leadership
  • Represent the company in international business travel, trade shows, and partner meetings

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in international sales, global account management, or overseas business development
  • Experience managing global distributors or international retail accounts
  • Strong understanding of sales planning, account management, and performance analysis
  • Fluent English communication skills (native or near-native level), both written and verbal
  • Ability to travel internationally for business, including frequent travel to the United States
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple global accounts and projects
  • Experience in consumer electronics, gaming peripherals, or related industries is a plus
