Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Yerevan. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting business growth by identifying new client opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and understanding their advertising needs. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to help develop sales strategies, present services to clients, and ensure a positive customer experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing client communication, assisting throughout the sales process, providing quality customer service, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
Qualifications
- Good communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Previous experience in sales or client-facing roles
- Understanding of sales processes and the ability to support clients throughout the sales cycle
- Good negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, responsible, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the local market and advertising industry will be considered a plus
