We are partnered with a leading nutraceutical CDMO to identify a dynamic Sales Manager to lead growth across North America. This is a key commercial role focused on driving revenue, strengthening customer relationships, and building market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue across North America.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and new business prospects.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and technical teams to deliver solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts, ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives.
  • Report on sales performance, pipeline development, and forecast accuracy to senior leadership.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record in nutraceutical contract manufacturing sales.
