Role Overview

We are hiring a Real Estate Sales Executive who will manage and convert inbound leads generated through:

  • Books & Courses
  • Paid Ads & Funnels
  • Website & Landing Pages
  • WhatsApp & Social Media
  • Events & Partnerships
  • Offline Events

The role focuses on selling UAE off-plan and ready residential properties to investors and end-users.

This is a high-performance, target-driven role suited for someone who can close deals, manage warm leads efficiently, and communicate confidently with UAE and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend and qualify inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, meetings, and Zoom.
  • Understand client budgets, goals, and timelines; recommend suitable projects.
  • Present project details, payment plans, ROI calculations, rental yields, and exit strategies clearly.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, site visits, and developer presentations.
  • Maintain updated records in CRM (Property Finder/Bayut CRM, HubSpot, Dubizzle Pro, etc).
  • Ensure all lead follow-ups are done consistently to maximise conversions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets.
  • Ensure complete RERA-compliant documentation (Form A/B, agreements, and KYC).
  • Provide management with daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in UAE Real Estate Sales (off-plan experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of warm inbound leads.
  • Understanding of the UAE real estate, developers, and market trends.
  • Experience using CRMs, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, and digital communication tools.
  • Ability to explain payment plans, yield projections, ROI models, and investment strategies.
  • Target-driven, disciplined, energetic, and highly professional.
  • UAE Driving License & own car preferred (not mandatory).
  • RERA Broker Card is preferred; willingness to obtain one is required (company assistance as per policy).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of qualified leads contacted per day.
  • Meetings & site visits scheduled per week.
  • Follow-up discipline and CRM updates.
  • Lead-to-booking conversion rate.
  • Monthly & quarterly revenue targets achieved.

Incentive & Compensation Structure

  • Uncapped commission structure aligned to UAE market standards:
  • Incentives on every successful booking.
  • Higher slabs for premium or high-ticket deals.
  • Quarterly performance bonuses.
  • On-target earnings (OTE) can be significantly higher for consistent performers.
