About the Role
We are a growing tech services company specializing in AI automation, SaaS integrations, and website development for small and mid-sized businesses. As we scale, we are looking for driven Sales Executives to join our lean, high-performance team.
This is a remote, performance-first role with a clear path to stable monthly compensation.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and cold call small B2B businesses across your region
- Present and sell AI automation, SaaS, and web development services
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close
- Build relationships and maintain client communication post-sale
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in tech, SaaS, or digital services
- Strong cold calling and closing skills, this is an outbound role
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a small team
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Based in Germany
Compensation Structure
- First 2 clients closed: 40% commission per deal
- Service packages range from €3,000 to €15,000 Euro
- Upon successful performance: transition to fixed monthly pay of €2,000–€5,000 Euro based on results
