JR. Business Travel Program Operations Coordinator Platform Migration & Hospitality Operations Support

Location: Remote (Chicago, IL Preferred)

Duration: 6 18 Month Contract

  • Assist with data validation, account onboarding, and system migration activities to ensure service continuity and data accuracy.
  • Act as a liaison between various teams (sales, hotel operations, loyalty, digital product) during migration and stabilization phases.
  • Operate in an execution-focused, high-volume, detail-oriented environment, supporting both operational workflows and customer service escalations.
  • Support reporting, documentation, SOP development, and operational troubleshooting.

### Key Responsibilities

  • Manage business travel account operations including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Assist in onboarding, migration validation, application processing, and account updates.
  • Validate, reconcile, and cleanse data during platform migration and post-launch stabilization.
  • Serve as primary contact for hotel and field seller inquiries; triage operational issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and follow-up.
  • Handle inbound requests and escalations from internal stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records, operational documentation, and support basic reporting in Excel.

### Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 1 year in hospitality operations, customer service, account support, or related operational roles.
  • Background in hospitality, hotel sales, travel operations, or customer-facing support preferred.
  • Experience with hospitality systems (Opera, Envision, CRM, PMS).
  • Exposure to digital product teams or system implementation projects is a plus.
  • Experience in platform migration or system rollout environments preferred.
  • Strong customer service, escalation management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data organization and reporting.
  • High attention to detail, strong communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
