What You Will Be Doing
The Inside Sales Manager will lead a team of inside sales representatives responsible for driving revenue, managing dealer relationships, and supporting key sales initiatives. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will coach, motivate, and develop a team of 10–15 reps (mix of onsite and remote) while fostering a culture of accountability and consistent execution.
You will oversee daily sales activity, monitor key performance metrics, and translate data into actionable strategies. This role also includes forecasting, managing team financials, and partnering cross‑functionally to ensure the sales organization meets and exceeds revenue goals.

What We Need From You
To be considered for this role, candidates should have:
- 5+ years of experience working with automotive retail teams, OEMs, dealer groups, or vendor‑side organizations (strongly preferred)
- Proven experience managing inside sales teams with a focus on performance, accountability, and consistent execution
- Strong ability to prepare and manage sales forecasts (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Experience overseeing team financials, including revenue goals, actuals, and profitability
- Excellent communication skills across written, verbal, and listening channels
- Ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team in a hybrid environment
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
