Inside Sales Representative
Job Summary
Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support telephone and walk‑in customers with rentals of all types of construction/industrial equipment. This front‑line role requires understanding customer equipment needs, negotiating and placing orders, and maintaining a professional attitude at all times.
Responsibilities
- Support telephone and walk‑in customers with rentals of construction and industrial equipment.
- Understand customer equipment needs and negotiate and place orders.
- Maintain strong administrative skills and deliver customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Valid Driver’s license required.
- Familiarity with various types of construction and industrial tools and equipment.
- Previous equipment rental industry experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and telephone skills.
- Solid computer and administrative skills.
- Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations.
Physical Demands
- Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more.
- Working indoors and outdoors as required by the job.

Compensation
Base Pay Range: $21.38 – $25.38, starting rate may vary based on position, location, education, training, and experience.
