Job Description
- Identify trendsetter ideas and to create opportunities / collaborations with potential partners / collaborators.
- implementation of partnership workflow/processes between partners for the partnership or any collaborations
- To create impactful and effective growth strategies for marketing and brand building.
- Being adaptive to market and industry changes & to Identify trends and insights to drive optimized performance.
- Promote brand initiatives, plan, and oversee events to boost the organizations recognition.
- Carry out enhancing new projects, handling inquiries, and providing information with partners/ collaborators.
- Build and manage sustainable relationships with partners and collaborators.
- Actively involves in copy writing, edit, proof-read promotional materials, EDM, social content creation and email marketing, monitor social media platforms such as FB,IG,Youtube,Tiktok as well
- Analyze FB Ads and Google Ads for tracking performance and metrics with social media tools such as Google Analytics/Adword
- Manage customers' feedback and keep a record of reviews/testimonials
- Responsible for monitoring of customers' database within Mailchimp and respond to social media queries as and when required
- Budget planning / prepare weekly and monthly reports
Requirements
- Min Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, Design with related experience
- Meticulous, creative, proactive, resourceful
- Strong communications and good in both writing & interpersonal skills
- Design acumen will be a plus
- Photoshop/Illustrator /Content Writing skills will be added advantage
- Basic Photography and Videography is preferred
- Knowledge in SEO, Google AdWords, Analytics and content management
- Positive attitude, multi-tasker and able to work under pressure
- Can work independently
- Those who can start immediately will be preferred
