Position: Client Relationship Consultant 3 (Banker) – Biltmore
Client Relationship Consultant
Client Relationship Consultants build relationships with customers across multiple channels, providing optimal counsel while maintaining a digital‑first mindset.
Responsibilities include:
- Build and foster customer relationships through proactive outreach, follow‑up, and personalized interactions.
- Assess and attend to customers’ banking needs, obtaining and processing information and accounts.
- Educate clients on available deposit and loan products, recommending solutions to meet their financial goals.
- Maintain a working knowledge of consumer and business banking products, including digital offerings.
- Provide consistent client experience, greeting clients and processing basic transactions.
- Collaborate with branch team members to serve clients efficiently.
- Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications.
- Leverage technology to optimize client experience and ensure operational excellence.
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum four to five years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
Required Certifications
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Proven ability to build relationships through proactive outreach.
- Effective client engagement and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and retail products.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with sales campaigns/promotions.
- Experience using and demonstrating digital products and self‑service technologies.
- Ability to identify customer needs and apply a digital‑first mindset.
- Proficiency in recommending solutions reactively and proactively.
Location Expectation
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location for all scheduled work days.

Salary Range
Pay Range: $23.75 – $29.03 per hour
