Position: Client Relationship Consultant 3 (Banker) – Biltmore

Client Relationship Consultant

Client Relationship Consultants build relationships with customers across multiple channels, providing optimal counsel while maintaining a digital‑first mindset.

Responsibilities include:

  • Build and foster customer relationships through proactive outreach, follow‑up, and personalized interactions.
  • Assess and attend to customers’ banking needs, obtaining and processing information and accounts.
  • Educate clients on available deposit and loan products, recommending solutions to meet their financial goals.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of consumer and business banking products, including digital offerings.
  • Provide consistent client experience, greeting clients and processing basic transactions.
  • Collaborate with branch team members to serve clients efficiently.
  • Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications.
  • Leverage technology to optimize client experience and ensure operational excellence.

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum four to five years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.

Required Certifications

  • National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Proven ability to build relationships through proactive outreach.
  • Effective client engagement and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and retail products.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with sales campaigns/promotions.
  • Experience using and demonstrating digital products and self‑service technologies.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and apply a digital‑first mindset.
  • Proficiency in recommending solutions reactively and proactively.

Location Expectation

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location for all scheduled work days.

Salary Range

Pay Range: $23.75 – $29.03 per hour
