Client Manager – Banking | $180K+ OTE
MN., MI., WI., IL. (U.S.) | 50%+ Travel
Compensation: $100K Base + $80K Variable (Uncapped) + Benefits + 401(k)
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow existing banking clients (community banks & credit unions)
- Drive renewals, upsells, and account expansion
- Build relationships with C-level executives
- Travel for in-person meetings (~50%)
What You Need
- 3–5 years of B2B sales or account management
- Experience in or selling into banks / financial services
- Strong client-facing and presentation skills
