- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for industrial products in the Hyderabad region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the industrial retail sector.

- Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management and operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry developments and regulations to provide relevant feedback to the organization.
- Travel within the region to meet with potential clients and attend industry events.
- Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in industrial retail sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to interact with clients and internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in B.tech Mechanical or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset to overcome challenges and drive sales growth.
- Leadership & Team Management.
- Coordinate the setup, maintenance, and teardown of in shop kiosks.
- Engage passing foot traffic to increase brand awareness and generate on-the-spot leads.
